- Sale items, custom-made pieces, and accessories are final sale and non-returnable.

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping back the items.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like. Availability may be limited, so we recommend placing your new order quickly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
